Born in Rockland County, raised in Orange County, with family still in both areas, Dan has come to know the Hudson Valley very well. He attended Rockland County Community College receiving his Associates Degree in Business Management. Before coming to the Rand family Dan was a sales representative for a local company, handling all aspect of customer service. From his past years in sales Dan has learned that the best type of customer service is education, he takes the time to educate his clients making sure they know everything they need to know about the home buying process. |

Betty Santos has 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She worked with a subsidiary of HSBC for 12 years and was a manager for nine years. Betty is currently a Mortgage Consultant for Rand Mortgage and works with applicants from Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties. In her role, Betty works to get applicants the best rate with the lowest closing costs on their home and helps applicants refinance their current home. Betty is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and English. She currently resides in Rockland County with her two children. |

Linda started her career working in the family real estate offices and later became a broker having offices in the Bronx and Westchester. In 1977 she started in the mortgage industry working for Mid Island Equities learning the FHA and VA loan process . She later obtained her degree in paralegal studies and went to work for a law firm for 12yrs specializing in real estate law and later on was paralegal to legal counsel for a title company in Westchester, New York. In 1993 she opened her first mortgage company in Mamaroneck, New York and later in Larchmont, New York. In 2003 she was appointed Director of Business Development for First Alternative Mortgage specializing in government financing (FHA,VA,USDA). In joining the Rand Mortgage team she brings over 35 years of experience and knowledge in the real estate and mortgage industries. |
