Joseph Rand is one of the Managing Partners of Rand Mortgage, Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, Hudson Abstract, and Rand Commercial Services. A graduate of Georgetown University Law School with a masters degree from Stanford Law School, Joseph was a law professor at Brooklyn Law School and a clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit before becoming Better Homes and Gardens Rand's in-house General Counsel. He still teaches part-time, teaching Property Law at Fordham Law School as an Adjunct Professor of Law. |

Matt Rand is a Managing Partner of Rand Mortgage. In addition he's also a managing part of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty's Rockland County and Orange County operations comprised of 14 offices and over 500 sales associates, as well as overseeing Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty's Marketing Department. Matt was born and raised in Rockland County and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and philosophy from Boston College. Matt was the 2004 President of the Rockland County Board of Realtors, is the current Chairman of the American Red Cross in Greater New York - Rockland, and a Director of the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service. He also supports many other local charities and organizations. |
